CONCRETE RAISING | POLYURETHANE INJECTIONS | POLYJACKING

Mr Foundation Expert Serving Central Arkansas & NW Arkansas

When you have a concrete raise problem, we can do an injection method of pressurized structural polyurethane that can raise concrete foundation slabs, porches, patios, pool decks, driveways, sidewalks and more.

High density, expansive polyurethane foam is injected under the slab through a series of 3/4 inch injection ports by drilling holes in the concrete. Polyurethane injection helps fill voids, stabilize soils and raise towards original construction to the best allowable grade.

The material can sometimes not be stable if water problems have cause the foundation to sink. Expansion of the material occurs within rapid and typically cures completely within 4 to 10 hours. The injection ports are patched with mortar or grout upon completion of the job. Get A Free 15 minute Consultation 501-314-0305 or 479-439-0141

How much does the Interior Application for concrete raising cost?

Raising the interior slab where settlement cracks appeared in the sheet rock over a door can cost from $2,500 to $5,500. Sometimes you need to consider if there is a soil erosion problem causing the foundation slab to sink or crack and the entire area needs replacement instead of a concrete raise.

What are the different concrete raising methods? Typically you have 3 different types.

  1. Foundation lifting methods using push piers and hydraulic piers to raise a foundation or concrete slab.
  2. Polyjacking using a foam lift or poly foam and mud jacking where we pump a slurry based of 70% mortar and 30% clay mixture that is pumped in the ground to hopefully raise the slab.
  3. When all those fail which at times they do, you will need to cut out the old concrete and replace the soil and drainage around the area and then replace with new concrete. Homeowners have to be careful when doing a home inspection of the problem area because you can spend money on the project and if the soil is still bad, the repair method will go bad in a short time.
